Doweling Jig Dowel Kit Woodworking Joints Tool with Inclined Drill Bits

This Dowel Jig Kit is designed to help you create accurate butt joints, miter joints, and edge joints with ease. The package includes a Dowel Jig, two sets of screws (1/4-inch, 5/16-inch, and 3/8-inch), and two inclined hole drill bits (9.5mm round and hexagonal handle). Additionally, two hex keys and two stoppers are provided.

If the left and right distances of individual products are asymmetric and there is deviation during use, the kit can be adjusted by following these steps: 1. Unscrew the left two screws with the hexagon socket. 2. Adjust the large screw on the middle rod to make the distance between the left and right of the product consistent. 3. After the left and right distances are the same, tighten the left two socket head cap screws. 4. Rotate the small rotating rod and check whether the left and right distances are uniform in the experiment. 5. After debugging, the left and right distances should be the same.

The drill bit sizes included in this kit are 1/4-inch, 3/8-inch, 5/16-inch, 7/16-inch, and 1/2-inch, making it suitable for both round and square wood pieces.
